Our approach to condominium management is to always comply with the Board of Director's 'Condominium Declaration' and to work in tandem with its By-laws.

  • Provide full accounting services, including expenses, payroll, receipts and disbursements.

  • Prepare annual budgets and Reserve plans

  • Schedule maintenance and aid the Board of Directors in implementing a cost-saving maintenance programme.

  • Employ and supervise employees required for the maintenance and operation of the building. Employees are paid at the expense of the building.

  • Provide the assumption of bill payment and contact responsibilities for utilities and services.
Condominium Development
Our many years of service managing condominiums places us in the ideal position to help you develop your initial Condominium Declaration and Bylaws or aid in the development of new Bylaws.

Royal Property Management is able to provide additional services such as the preparation and guide implementation of the first year budget and the turn-over meeting as well as organizing and reviewing the Reserve Fund Study and any Performance audits.
