Management
Our approach to Condominium Management is to always comply with the Corporations Declaration and bylaws as well as the Condominium Act. We work hand in hand with the Board based on a team approach.
DUTIES OF MANAGER

Advise and consult with the Board with respect to any amendments to the Declaration, further By-Laws and Rules, which in the opinion of the Manager ought to be established and to communicate to all owners the text and import of same; Development of bylaws.

Take such steps as are reasonably within its power to enforce the terms of the Act, Declaration, By-Laws and Rules and any amendments thereto.
Condominium Development
Our many years of service managing condominiums place's us in the ideal position to help you develop your initial Condominium Declaration and Bylaws or aid in the development of new Bylaws.
Royal Property Management is able to provide additional services such as the preparation and guide implementation of the first year budget and the turn-over meeting as well as organizing and reviewing the Reserve Fund Study and any Performance audits.
